Majordomo, is a title that is being used by many characters depending on their specific roles. In Book of Boba Fett, the Majordomo played by David Pasquesi is the right hand man of Mayor Mok Shaiz of Mos Espa. He was the proxy who went to meet Boba Fett instead of the major to refuse bowing down to Boba Fett by offering tributes.
