Gar Saxon, is a Mandalorian warrior first introduced in the animated television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

During the Clone Wars, Saxon was a commander in the Mandalorian Death Watch, a group of traditionalist Mandalorian warriors who opposed the pacifist government of Mandalore. He led the Death Watch in battles against the Republic and the Jedi, and he played a key role in the capture of the planet Mandalore.

After the Clone Wars, Saxon joined forces with Maul to seize control of Mandalore and eliminate the pacifist regime. He served as the leader of Maul's forces and led a brutal crackdown on Mandalorian civilians who opposed their rule.

Saxon was eventually defeated by Sabine Wren, a Mandalorian warrior and member of the Rebel Alliance. He was killed in a duel with Wren, who used her knowledge of Mandalorian culture and weapons to defeat him and reclaim Mandalore for her people.
