Darth Tyranus, or Count Dooku is the force sensitive Serennian male who was originally a respected Jedi Master, but he became disillusioned with the Jedi Order and left to join the Sith. He became an apprentice of Darth Sidious and took on the name Darth Tyranus. Dooku was a key player in the Clone Wars, leading the Separatist movement against the Galactic Republic and commanding the droid army. He was eventually killed by Anakin Skywalker, who had also turned to the dark side and become Darth Vader.
