Echo, or originally designated CT-1409 was an advanced recon commando who served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He was captured and presumed dead in one of his operations, but was actually kept alive as a cyborg by the Separatist forces. After he was rescued, his different new look makes it hard to adapt as a normal clone trooper, but would fit perfectly in the Bad Batch.
He is part of Clone Force 99, or fondly known as The Bad Batch. This is a group of experimental commandos with different genetic mutations that gave this different enhanced abilities than normal Clone Troopers.
