Stormtrooper, or nicknamed 'Bucketheads' were replacements to the expensive Clone Troopers. The Empire no longer need to pay for cost of cloning to Kaminoans, but instead rely of natural-born, paid human army.
Sith Jet Troopers, or 'Sith Jetpack troopers' are Sith Eternal troopers specialised in aerial combat with the assistance with the jetpacks. They are first seen in Battle of Exegol in The Rise of Skywalker.
