Stormtrooper, or nicknamed 'Bucketheads' were replacements to the expensive Clone Troopers. The Empire no longer need to pay for cost of cloning to Kaminoans, but instead rely of natural-born, paid human army.

Imperial Patrol Trooper, were specialised variants of stormtrooper, similiar to Biker Scout but primarily in urban or city terrains. similar to police patrol. Their vehicle of choice is C-PH patrol speeder bikes and were first seen on the Corellia in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
