Clone Trooper, or "Republic Troopers or Soldiers" were trained soldiers of the Grand Army of the Republic. These clones were developed or grown from the Cloning Facility in Kamino, were designed to be the superior and efficient replacement to Battle Droids. These clone troopers continued to serve the early years of the Galactic Empire after Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader as Imperial Stormtroopers. They were gradually replaced by human recruits and conscripts after the closure of the cloning facility.

Clone Commander Cody, or "CC-2224" was the Clone Marshall Commander of the 212th Attack Battalion during the Clone Wars. He received the Order 66, which erased his loyalty to the Jedi and replaced with a command to kill General Obi-Wan Kenobi, however he failed. He ordered an AT-TE to shoot Kenobi but it missed and sending Kenobi down an abyss.
