Admiral Gial Ackbar, is a male veteran Mon Calamari soldier who started as a revolutionary leader during the Clone Wars, worked his way up the rank to be an Admiral in the Rebellion during Battle of Endor. In the later years, General Leia managed to coax Ackbar out of retirement to help the Resistance against the First Order
